Downtown Cranford LEGO Night Returns in 2026 for a Creative Community Celebration

Downtown Cranford will once again bring families together for an evening of creativity, community, and fun with the return of LEGO Night 2026. This year’s event will take place on July 22, 2026, at Cranford Social from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM, with awards scheduled to be announced by 7:00 PM.

This annual event has become a memorable way for local families to celebrate imagination and community spirit in the heart of downtown. In 2026, the event takes on even more meaning as the United States marks 250 years, giving this year’s builders a special theme to bring to life. Participants will be invited to create displays that reflect both patriotic spirit and a celebration of Cranford.

This year will also feature special guests LEGO Master Champion Corey D. Samuels and LEGO Masters Tacos and Travis, adding even more excitement to an already highly anticipated evening.

A new challenge for 2026

A new twist has been added this year, with building piece limits based on age category. Contest participants will compete in three divisions:

• Ages 7 and under with a 300-piece limit
• Ages 8 to 13 with a 500-piece limit
• Families with a 1000-piece limit

Participants are asked to bring their own LEGO bricks, and pre-designed sets will not be allowed.

What registration includes

Registration for the event includes a Downtown Cranford gift card, a Vanilla Bean ice cream pass, and a bag of Lego candy. Registration applies to child participants only.
