As the Operations Coordinator at Radius Realty Group, I play a key role in ensuring all transactions within our CRM system run smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. I’ve created and implemented the end-to-end processes that guide our transactions, making sure every step is organized, timely, and aligned with our high standards. In addition, I carefully plan and execute all client events and team community-outreach activities within our team. My focus is on operational excellence, team support, and creating systems that help us deliver exceptional service for agents and clients alike.
